Weekly Update 10/17/26 – 10/23/26 (Honesty, Remembering My Mother, Family and Work)

This week's Weekly Update covers some thoughts on honesty, the loss of my mother, an unexpected coincidence involving my parents' interment dates, and a few updates on family and work.

Well, I have spent most of my week thinking about honesty. In fact, I published a paper on it. It's called Honesty, honestly.

Other than that, a lot of this week has been devoted to grieving my mother. Because of other obligations, we will not be laying her to rest until January 9, 2027. It was only after we had settled on that date that we realized January 9, 2016, was the day we laid my father to rest in the same place where we will be interring my mother's remains.

For those who would like to read more about my mother's life, here is her obituary, Remembering Marjie Hathaway.

Outside of this, Dawn is currently in Colorado visiting her son, daughter-in-law, and her two granddaughters.

At work, because I am waiting for other members of my team to complete work that my projects depend on, I have had to slow down a bit. But I am still making progress.

Well, I think I will cut this week's Weekly Update short and wish you all a good week ahead.
